Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

- What are my mental health insurance benefits?

- What is my deductible and has it been met?

- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

- What is my coverage for an out of network provider?

- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Please note: payment should be ready at the beginning of the appointment so as not to delay the next patient. Check, cash, and credit cards are accepted. Missed appointments are charged the full rate unless they are cancelled 24 hours in advance.
